Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or use the Site under supervision of a parent/guardian.

Products & Pricing

Product images are representative; minor variations in colour or print position may occur due to fabric and lighting. Prices are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with full refund.

Orders & Payment

• An order is confirmed once payment is captured by Shiprocket Checkout
• We may decline or cancel orders for stock issues, payment failure, or suspected fraud
• Cash on Delivery is subject to courier serviceability and verification

Shipping, Returns, Refunds

Governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, photography, and content on the Site are owned by Pitstop or licensed for our use. Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or modification is prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to abuse the Site (scraping, attempting to bypass security, posting unlawful content). We may suspend accounts violating these rules.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pitstop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products purchased.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
