Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a tracking ID on email/SMS once the order is dispatched.

Shipping Partners

We ship pan-India through Shiprocket and its network of logistics partners (Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ekart, DTDC, India Post, etc.). The courier is auto-assigned based on serviceability of your PIN code.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier-2/Tier-3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote / North-East locations: up to 10 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected courier. Free shipping is available on orders above the threshold displayed at checkout (when applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on serviceable PIN codes. A small COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout.

Delays & Issues

For undelivered or delayed shipments, contact pitstop.co.in@gmail.com with your order ID. We will coordinate with the courier and update you within 48 hours.

International Shipping

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.
