REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, stains, or damage caused post-delivery are not eligible.

Non-returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, or any intimate apparel (hygiene reasons)
  • Discounted / clearance items marked “final sale”
  • Customised or made-to-order pieces

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email pitstop.co.in@gmail.com with your order ID and reason
  • We arrange reverse pickup through Shiprocket where available; otherwise self-ship to our warehouse
  • Once received and inspected, refund/exchange is processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Mode

  • Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method
  • COD orders: refunded via UPI / bank transfer (details collected during return)

Exchanges

Size exchanges are free for the first request per order, subject to stock. Beyond that, a flat reverse-pickup fee may apply.

Damaged or Wrong Item

Report within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/video to pitstop.co.in@gmail.com. We replace or refund free of charge.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch through your email/account. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please initiate a return after delivery.
